2 table spoons sea salt
2 tablespoons turbinado (raw cane) sugar

1 tablespoon granulated brown sugar

1 tablespoon Hungarian paprika

½ tablespoon chili powder

½ tablespoon freshly ground black pepper

½ tablespoon garlic powder

½ tablespoon onion powder

1 teaspoon ground thyme

1 teaspoon cumin

½ teaspoon dried oregano

½ teaspoon cayenne pepper

½ teaspoon ground nutmeg

½ teaspoon ground coffee

½ teaspoon dry mustard

Combine ingredients and store in an airtight container in a cool dry place. Keeps for up to 6 months
